Simple TItle Order Form

Please use the following form to request a title order and begin the closing process – this online form allows Halperin Lyman to begin tending to the title abstract immediately.

If this is a purchase, also submit a copy of the Purchase Contract to Halperin Lyman via fax to 678.999.9230 or via email to title@halperinlyman.com.  Please note that Halperin Lyman must receive the Purchase Contract before the firm can begin to process the title order on a purchase.

As soon as time permits, please print out and fill in the appropriate Title Order Form on the Forms page and fax a copy of the completed form to 678.999.9230 or scan and email the materials to title@halperinlyman.com– this provides Halperin Lyman with the necessary information to ensure the smoothest closing possible.
